Journal - Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc. It is important to write an outline because it helps you write your paper in better detail and it also can almost cut the time you spend writing your paper in half too. The web tool that i used was bubble because it was really easy to work with and it also helped keep me organized because i form new ideas from my old ones. I would evaultate this tool as easy to use and you can make it look pretty if you want to but if you don't have the time it does not force you to make it pretty.
