The importance of online safety is you have to protect yourself and whatever information you put online. The reason being that there are people out there who want your information. What i do to protect myself online is i always make sure it is a safe site, has something to unsure me that my information is not going to be taken and also i know what and why they need my information. My experience with online safety is one of my neighbors had there credit card information stolen from shopping online.
